OFFICIAL CREW SCHEDULE:
Congratulations on becoming a member of our outstanding CREW TEAM! Below is the OFFICIAL CREW LIST with CREW JOB LISTED as well. We have a large number of students who want to be on LIGHTS and SOUND so we will want to be sure everyone gets a chance to be trained on the equipment so taking turns in the booth is a must. Be sure to help others and we will have a great time!
SET CREW will meet on WEEKENDS beginning on February 9th and 10th. You may be able to do some touch ups during the week but it really is something we need to do when actors are not in our way and we have time to complete painting and clean up -- which isn't easy during rehearsals! If weekends are difficult for you, then simply join another crew like set mover or costumes/props. Those are easier to do during the week!
We will need to schedule up some crew members, especially Stage Managers and Lights/Sound for specific performances. We will try to schedule you for atleast 2 shows but you need to complete the form below ASAP:

CREW JOB Description:
Set - Check the calendar. May require later times (after 4pm) or weekends.
Set Mover/Runner - Start staying after any day you can. Watching the rehearsal you will see the different scenes. Very important to stay after the last 3 days before the Sperreng presentations. Keep an eye on the calendar.
Lights - There will be a sign up for the performances online but you should try to come to many rehearsals to become familiar with the show and the scenes.

Props - Come to as many rehearsals as your schedule will allow.
Usher - During the performances, arrive at least 30 minutes prior to show time to hand out programs and help seat guests.
